The fully-fitted kitchen/dining room is extremely spacious and has good views of the rear garden.
In the cosy living room there is original oak flooring, a television and DVD player, radio and gas fire.
The downstairs bathroom has an over-bath electric shower and several imaginative touches.
The large entrance hall can provide safe storage for cycles, walking equipment or baby buggies. Leading from this is a small utility room with toilet, washing machine, tumble drier and freezer.
Both the single and master bedrooms have exposed beams, while the master bedroom also has stripped pine flooring to add to its charm.
The garden to the side of the cottage has a large lawn, ideal for children. At the rear of the propery, the pretty, enclosed garden is a perfect place to relax.
The cottage has a private parking place.
